Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and promptly. Below is our shipping policy for domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days, cost calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days, cost calculated at checkout
All orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time excludes weekends and Australian public holidays.

International Shipping

We deliver to selected countries worldwide. International shipping fees and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Import duties, taxes and related customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking link.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimated only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us if your order is severely delayed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cooperate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
