Thank you for shopping at Acren. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, statutory consumer guarantees apply to all goods sold and cannot be excluded. If items are defective, unsafe or not matching the product description, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories complete.

Refund Process

We will inspect your returned goods after receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer. We will cover return shipping if the issue is caused by our error or product defect.

Exchanges

Item exchanges for different sizes, colours or styles are available within 30 days after purchase, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange repair, replacement or full refund including return postage in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
